Fast Track Roofing LLC was founded in 2011. When we began, we specialized in new roof installs and repairs for investors but we have since moved into the retail industry as well. We have completed over 1,500 roof replacements on single-family homes all over Houston and the surrounding areas. We serve Houston homeowners, investors for investment properties for sale or rent, and Houston real estate agents who are in need of a new Houston roof for their clients.
Fast Track Roofing is a Licensed Roofing Contractor by the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT) - a statewide trade association of roofing and waterproofing contractors. This group of professionals collectively represents the voice of the roofing and waterproofing industry in Texas.
Fast Track Roofing is proudly an accredited Roofing Contractor by the Better Business Bureau and was mentioned by Forbes as one of the Top 10 Best Roofing Contractors in Houston.

Jeffery W. Perry
CEO of Fast Track Roofing
Jeff’s love for construction began almost 40 years ago, as houses in his childhood neighborhood were being torn down and new ones being built. He was fascinated by the detailed process of home building.
Jeff started his construction career with a large high-end home builder in Houston. He then moved to Austin to work for a home builder, building semi-custom homes.
From 2011 to 2021 Jeff was involved with a successful, investor-focused remodeling and roofing company in Houston. Jeff was the CEO and a partner from 2015 until July 2021.
In July of 2021, Jeff and his father chose to leave the remodeling business in order to grow their family-owned and operated Houston roofing company, Fast Track Roofing. Based on their combined 84 years of entrepreneurial and business expertise, they have built a company that is customer-service focused, maintaining high quality workmanship and utilizing industry-leading products with value in mind. Jeff and his family live in Richmond, Texas.

Peary Perry
CFO of Fast Track Roofing
Peary Perry was raised in Houston, Texas. After spending three years in the U.S. Army and seven years as a Houston Police Officer he entered into multiple entrepreneur companies. These ranged from security, chemical packaging, transportation, and software to his present position as the CFO for Fast Track Roofing, LLC.
He has been married for over fifty-two years. They have four sons, with four grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
He has a BA degree in History from St. Edwards University in Austin and a Masters degree in History from Sam Houston State College in Huntsville.
